Services

The whole loop, not a slice of it.

Most pallet companies do one thing: they sell, or they haul, or they grind. Splitting the job across four vendors is how wood ends up in a landfill and money ends up with nobody. We run all nine of these from one yard, which is why we can offer two-way lanes and honest pricing on both sides.

Two tall stacks of reclaimed wooden pallets in a warehouse, stamped and stencilled from previous owners, with shrink-wrapped freight behind them.

Nine services

Everything a pallet needs, from the day it arrives to the day it becomes mulch.

01

Buy pallets

Stock pulled from our own yard, graded by our own people, delivered on our own trucks. No brokerage layer, no phantom inventory, no surprise on the invoice.

Details
02

Sell us your pallets

The stack behind your building is inventory, not waste. We buy it, we collect it, and we pay for it — per core, on grade, with the count agreed on the ground.

Details
03

Pallet recycling

Recycling is the third-best thing you can do with a pallet. Reuse is first, repair is second. We run all three, in that order, and we can prove where the tonnage went.

04

Pallet removal & pickup

Pallets accumulating against a fence are a fire-code problem, a pest problem and a space problem. We make them disappear — usually for nothing, sometimes for a payment to you.

Details
05

Pallet repair & refurbishing

A broken deck board is a four-minute repair. Replacing the pallet is a decision to throw away ninety-eight percent of a working object because two percent failed.

Details
06

Heat treating & ISPM-15

Compliance that happens in our yard rather than at a third party three counties away. Treated, stamped, documented, loaded.

07

Custom manufacturing

A prototype on your dock in two days, a cut list you own, and a production run priced firm. No engineering gate, no portal, no six-week discovery phase.

Details
08

Pallet management programs

For operations where pallets have quietly become five separate line items across three departments and nobody owns the number.

09

Freight & logistics

Owning the trucks changes the conversation. We can commit to a window, take cores back on the return leg, and tell you the truth about whether a lane works.

Details

The one that changes the maths

A two-way lane collapses three costs into one.

If you both consume and generate pallets, one truck should do both jobs — delivery outbound, cores collected on the return. That removes the delivery freight, the separate collection trip and the disposal fee at the same time. It is consistently the largest improvement available to an operation, and it is larger than any price negotiation.

  1. Truck arrives loaded

Graded stock to your dock, on the agreed day and window.

  2. Same visit, cores loaded

Counted on the ground with your person present, before anyone signs.

  3. Credit applied

Core value comes off your next invoice. One transaction, not three.

Sorted by footprint before anything is graded — 48×40 splits off first, then the secondary sizes.

How we work

Four commitments, written down

These are not values on a wall. They are the specific things we do differently, and you can hold us to all four.

Counts happen on the ground

Every inbound and outbound load is counted physically, with your representative present, before anyone signs. Discrepancies are photographed and resolved on the spot. It costs about fifteen minutes and it removes an entire category of dispute — the reasoning is in why we count on the ground.

Grades are defined in writing

There is no enforced pallet grading standard in North America, so ‘Grade A’ means whatever the seller says. Ours is written down on pallet grades and it forms part of any order. If a load does not match, we collect it and replace or credit.

We say when the cheaper option is right

We sell Grade A and we tell customers most of their volume does not need it. Losing 20% of an order and keeping the account for a decade is a straightforward trade.

The arithmetic is published

Every environmental coefficient we use is on the methodology page, including the ones that make our numbers smaller. A figure your team cannot audit eventually becomes a retraction.

Next step

Tell us the problem, not the service.

Most customers arrive asking for one thing and leave with a different, cheaper arrangement. Describe what is actually happening and we will tell you which of the nine applies.
