Pricing and standing programmes:
We have no telephone number. A pallet yard is loud and spread across acres; email reaches the person standing where the answer is, and it puts every specification in writing.

Scheduled programme collections can be arranged outside these hours by agreement. Email is monitored on weekday mornings before the yard opens.
Directions
Finding the gate
From I-270 (outerbelt)
Take the US-23 / High Street exit on the south side and follow signs toward the Rickenbacker corridor. S Access Rd runs parallel to the airport approach.
From I-71 southbound
Exit onto I-270 eastbound, then follow the directions above. Roughly fifteen minutes from the interchange outside peak.
From I-70
Join I-270 southbound on either side of the city; both routes reach the south side in a similar time.
On arrival
Check in at the yard office before entering the operating area. Hi-vis is required beyond the office; we keep spares if you have not brought one.
Before you write
Four details that get you a better answer
- Sizes and quantity. ‘Pallets’ could mean twelve different products. ‘300 recycled 48×40 Grade B’ gets a price the same day.
- Your ZIP code. Coverage and cadence depend on it — see the service area.
- What the pallet is doing. Racked, floor stacked, one-way, or crossing a border. This changes the grade we recommend more than anything else.
- A photograph, if you are selling. Two minutes of looking beats a rejected load.

Visiting
What to expect if you come to the yard
Visitors are genuinely welcome and we would rather you came before a first order than after a disappointing one. Comparing Grade A and Grade B side by side settles the specification question in about five minutes, which no amount of email achieves.
On arrival
Check in at the yard office before entering the operating area. Hi-vis is required beyond the office and we keep spares if you have not brought one. Closed footwear, please — this is a working yard with forklifts moving.
What we will show you
The grading line, the repair bay, the reference pallets we grade against, and finished stock in each grade. If you want to see the dismantling and grinding end of the operation as well, say so and we will walk the whole route — it is described stop by stop on inside the yard.
Collecting stock yourself
Minimum is one banded stack of fifteen. Stacks weigh several hundred pounds, so bring something that can take them and straps to secure the load. Trailer access is straightforward — 53-foot vehicles turn inside the gate.
Accessibility
The office is accessible; the operating yard is uneven hard standing with vehicle movement. If that is a problem, tell us in advance and we will bring reference pallets to the office instead. The same applies to this website — see our accessibility statement.
