The terms that govern using this website and buying from us. Written to be read rather than to be survived.

Using this website

The content here is provided for general information. Specifications, load figures, size charts and environmental coefficients are honest, carefully prepared and still indicative — they are not engineering certifications. Where a load is heavy, valuable or stored overhead, obtain an engineered rating for your specific rack and application. See load capacity and ratings.

Quotations

Quotations are firm for fourteen days from issue unless stated otherwise on the quote itself. Lumber markets move, and beyond that window we may need to requote. We do not apply undisclosed surcharges after delivery.

Orders and grading

Reclaimed pallets are used goods. Grades are defined in writing on our pallet grades page and that definition forms part of any order. If a delivered load does not match the grade quoted, tell us promptly and we will collect it and replace or credit it. That is a commitment, not a courtesy.

Counts are agreed physically at delivery or collection with your representative present. Discrepancies raised after a load has been broken down and dispersed are difficult for anyone to resolve fairly, so please count at the point of exchange.

Delivery

Delivery windows are commitments we take seriously and occasionally miss. When we are going to miss one we call before it closes. Sites with dock restrictions, appointment systems, height limits or restricted turning should tell us at quotation stage; a truck that cannot access your yard is a wasted day for both parties and may be rechargeable.

Payment

First orders are prepaid or cash on delivery. Credit terms are available to established customers following a short account process. Overdue balances may pause further shipments until resolved.

Returns

Grade or specification failures: we collect and replace or credit. Change of mind on stock items: subject to condition on collection and a restocking arrangement. Custom builds made to your approved cut list are not returnable, which is precisely why we insist you test a prototype first — see custom manufacturing.

Compliance

Where we supply ISPM-15 treated and marked material, we retain and can produce treatment records. Responsibility for ensuring that all wood components of a shipment — including dunnage, blocking and bracing added by you — are compliant rests with the shipper. See ISPM-15 explained.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and the courts of Franklin County have jurisdiction.
