What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we receive the fields you filled in: your name, email address, telephone number, postal code, and optionally your city, state, company, the quantity and product type you are asking about, the service you selected, a grade preference and your message. We also record the page address the form was submitted from, so we know what you were reading when you asked.
We do not ask for payment details through this website, and we never will.
How it is used
To answer you, to prepare a quote, and to fulfil an order if you place one. That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Form submissions are transmitted to our lead management provider over an encrypted connection and stored there alongside our own records. The API credentials used are held server-side only and are never exposed to your browser.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party advertising trackers. The only third-party content is the map embed on the contact page, which is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s own privacy terms — it loads lazily and only on that page.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable commercial relationship, and for the period required by tax and accounting rules where an order was placed. You can ask us to delete your enquiry record at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@repalletsohio.com and we will action it. There is no form to fill in and no identity verification theatre beyond confirming you control the email address involved.
Children
This is a business-to-business industrial supply site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. We do not maintain a mailing list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
